1 2 2 3 3 1 4 4 2 then either max 1 for the insane heal, 4 if your finding good impact from ulti. New 3 max does not seem strong, but will have to play and test it.

Hybrid Pocket takes advantage of Pockets high base values to make use of both their Spirit and Gun potential. We start with Spirit early to snowball with our high base damage, and transition from full spirit to around a 50/50 split, making full use of Crippling Headshot.
Currently testing this build for the 11/21 patch. My favorite three T4 items are Crippling, Diviners, and Leech for an insanely synergistic hybrid build. Spiritual Overflow might replace Diviner's earlier for me after some testing.
If behind, play a standard spirit Pocket build and max Ult 2nd. You can't afford to go for high damage items, and ult is your best way to win teamfights back into the game.
I currently skip Majestic as I don't feel like it's necessary but you can definitely buy it still!
